A: We create each of our Giving Bracelets with the utmost love and care however, like any piece of jewelry our bracelets are not indestructible. If you're bracelet happens to break within 60 days of purchase we'll happily repair it at no cost to you. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, any needed repairs will incur a small fee.

A: We use high quality, non-tarnishing hardware with a hypoallergenic finish, so you shouldn't have any reactions to the bracelets. However, everyone is different. If your bracelet becomes an issue you can return it or give it away to a friend.

A: Orders ship out in 1-3 business days, and after that depends on how fast of shipping option you chose and where it's going. Proceed with your order and chose your desired shipping speed to see what the end result will be. Orders that choose faster shipping options will be put to the front of the line for fulfillment as well.

A: Forever Bracelets are bracelets (or anklets) that are permanently welded onto your wrist or ankle! There’s no clasp. The only way it’s coming off is by cutting it off. Pretty cool, huh?

A: The link below provides instructions on how to properly measure your wrist. We recommend using a soft seamstress style tape measure. Once you have measured, do not add or subtract from your wrist measurement. With cuff style bracelets your actual wrist measurement will naturally allow for some movement. Please note that for all link style bracelets we will automatically add 1/2 inch to your wrist measurement, unless you indicate otherwise in the notes section at checkout. If you are having trouble determining your size please message us, as resizing fees apply and not all pieces can be resized.

A: We do offer repairs and resizing on pieces that are able to be repaired or resized. Please note that we cannot size a bracelet to make it larger. If your piece needs resized or repaired please message us first to see if this is possible.

A: When you are not wearing your pieces we suggest that you store them in the cream keepsake pouch they arrived in. You can also store them in a ziplock baggy.

A: For women the average size is a 6.5 and for men it is a 7.25. However, we realize that you are unique and the “one size fits all approach” won’t insure for a comfortable fit. We know that when your jewelry fits you properly you will truly enjoy wearing it daily. Please reach out if you need help determining your size. If you are buying a gift we can often times help you determine that size as well.
