Gauge
The gauge of a jewellery piece refers to how thick the jewellery piece is that is going into the pierced hole. It is also in relation to the thickness of the needle that made the piercing.

Length
The length refers to how long the jewellery post or pole that is going through the pierced hole.
This does not include the top attachment.

Inner Diameter
The inner diameter is the measurement between inside the jewellery (rings or hoops).
This does not relate to how thick the hoop itself is.

Casting&Polishing
Through the process of wax film injection, wax completion, and wax tree planting, we are able to accurately replicate the designing picture into the same size of jewelry castings. This meticulous process ensures that every detail and intricacy of the original design is faithfully reproduced in the final product. The precision and attention to detail involved in this method result in high-quality jewelry castings that meet the exact specifications of the designer's vision. We will use high polishing standards to ensure that the jewelry surface is not only flat and smooth, but also free from any imperfections or blemishes.

Plating
After the casting and polishing process, we move on to the plating procedure, which is a crucial step in enhancing the appearance and durability of our jewelry pieces. We offer a wide range of options for plating, including 14k, 16k, and 18k gold plating, as well as rhodium, silver, and rose gold plating. Additionally, we can customize the thickness of the plating according to your preferences, ranging from 0.01 to 0.3 microns of real gold. Our meticulous attention to detail in the plating process results in high-quality finishes that elevate our jewelry designs to new levels of sophistication.

Quality Control&Inspection
Once the plating process is completed, we proceed with gems inlaying, enameling, and assembly etc. Subsequently, our quality controllers will meticulously inspect for flatness and completeness to ensure that all diamonds are perfectly encrusted. This attention to detail is crucial in maintaining the high standard of our custom pieces.
