Customization charge shall depend on styles and materials requirements, you can send us your specific design and requirement so we can quote for you.( We are mainly good at brass and 925 sterling silver material, stainless steel for customization) This is an one-off charge for each new design and no more for repeat order.

2. 3D design by our professional designer basing on your idea or sketch after payment received. It shall take 1-3 working days.

3. Moulding, plating, assembly, packaging etc, after 3D design confirmed. The whole production process shall take 20-30 days.

4. Delivery by DHL, UPS, or FedEx Express, and transport time 3-7days.
